Simon May has more than 10 years of experience in IT for financial institutions, utility, and the healthcare sector. He has done everything from helpdesk support, desktop and server support and deployment, critical issue recovery and service, and process management. He has been an Evangelist with Microsoft for four years, concentrating on how IT Professionals can embrace the enterprise mobility management and the latest devices. Simon can be found writing for Microsoft TechNet and non-Microsoft publications, on the Channel 9 Edge show, and speaking around the world.

Carol Bailey | Microsoft Senior Content Developer, Enterprise Mobility

Carol Bailey has worked alongside Microsoft product groups as a Technical Writer in Redmond, Washington, for more than 10 years, first for System Center Configuration Manager and currently for Information Protection, part of the Enterprise Mobility team. Her current areas of technology include Rights Management (Azure Rights Management Services [RMS] and Active Directory RMS), Azure Key Vault, and Certificate Services.

Before joining Microsoft, Carol was a consultant in London, specializing in Active Directory and related security and infrastructure services. She has had her Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification since 1995, and her current certifications include MCSE Server Infrastructure and MCSA Windows 8. Her external publications include Microsoft Press and Syngress, and Carol has been a regular contributor to Microsoft blogs and TechNet forums since 2008.

​Dan Plastina leads the information protection team at Microsoft. His core responsibilities include the Microsoft Rights Management suite of products, along with Azure Key Vault. Rights Management Services (RMS) has an on-premises Active Directory offering, an Azure hosted offering (called Azure RMS), and many PC/mobile RMS applications and RMS SDKs.
