Sasha Nosov is Principal Program Manager in the Microsoft SQL Server team, responsible for business continuity solutions in Azure SQL Database.

​Jan Engelsberg | Microsoft ​Program Manager

Jan Engelsberg is a Program Manager at Microsoft working in the Microsoft Azure SQL Database team. After focusing on programmability aspects of SQL Server and SQL Database including the T-SQL developer interfaces, he now focuses on performance in the new Service Tiers of SQL Database.

Charles Levine | Microsoft Principal Program Manager

Charles Levine is a Principal Program Manager in the SQL Server Engineering team. In more than 18 years at Microsoft, he has worked on every version of SQL Server since 7.0. Charles was Microsoft's primary representative on the Transaction Processing Performance Council (TPC) from 1996 to 2013 and has served in many roles, including Chairman, Steering Committee, and numerous benchmark development committees, such as TPC-C and TPC-E. Prior to joining Microsoft, he was a software developer at Tandem Computers for 12 years. His current focus is performance for Azure SQL Database, the Microsoft SQL database service running in the cloud.

​Bill Gibson | Microsoft​ Principal Program Manager

Bill Gibson is a Principal Program Manager in the Microsoft SQL organization, working primarily on management and development tools for Azure SQL Database. Bill has worked on the design of software development and management tools and repositories, particularly model-based tools and data modeling tools, for more than 30 years. He has been at Microsoft for the last 17 years, in SQL Server and Visual Studio.

​Karthika Raman | Microsoft Senior Product Marketing Manager

​Karthika Raman is a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager in the SQL Server Product Marketing team. In her more than six years at Microsoft, she has worked on different versions of SQL Server and most recently on Azure SQL Database.
