Dalip Tyagi | Head, SMB Agency Audience Marketing/ Bing Ads | @dtyagi

Dalip Tyagi leads the SMB Agency Strategy and Marketing for Bing Ads. In this role, he is responsible for driving recruitment and engagement with digital marketing agencies and individual search ad professionals. Dalip has been with Microsoft for more than seven years in different roles and has worked extensively with partners and developers. Prior to his current role, he led the WebsiteSpark program targeted at web professionals to promote cloud technologies. Dalip led the program from its early days to an established program with more than 120,000 registered members. Prior to joining Microsoft, he worked for Deloitte Consulting in its Strategy and Operations practice. Dalip holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in India and a master's degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.

Alan Amerault currently serves as the Associate Director for the Digital Marketing team at Cardinal Path. He handles the resourcing, project management, and overall strategic planning for all digital marketing projects that come through the organization. In addition, he is a top contributor to the Cardinal Path Training Academy through the delivery of in-person and online seminars on both Google and Microsoft products.

Alan came to Cardinal Path after five years in both the search and display media divisions of Microsoft Advertising. From Seattle to London, he has collaborated with clients across several North American and European markets and a wide range of verticals. This included agency management and search/display media buying services for top clients, such as eBay,, Thomas Cook, and Amazon UK/France.

Bethany Bey | Cardinal Path Digital Marketing Consultant | @bethany_bey

Cardinal Path Digital Marketing Consultant Bethany Bey manages paid search accounts for clients in the United States and Canada across multiple platforms, including Bing Ads, Google AdWords, Twitter, and others. She also travels around North America training on Google AdWords and Bing Ads through Cardinal Path Training Academy.

Bethany was previously a Search Marketing Account Manager at Hanapin Marketing, where she was first introduced to paid search. Bethany was also the Blog Manager and top contributor to the award-winning blog PPC Hero.
